Made to order and custom items are manufactured in our Los Angeles workshop and ship within 10-14 business days. In stock items will ship in 1-3 or 3-5 business days. Check product page for estimated delivery times.

Expedited shipping begins once the order is complete. Items that are made to order will ship via expedited shipping once production time is complete. Production time is generally 10-14 BUSINESS days. 

If you would like to rush the production time on an order please give us a call Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm PST. A customer service team member will make sure your requested time frame is possible. Once approved we will email you a rush fee invoice. Once paid, your prodution time will be excelerated to 4-6 business days from your ordered date. Rush fees on orders DO NOT expedite the shipping process, Only production time. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping. Rush fee guarantees that your item will ship out in 4-6 business days instead of 10-14 business days. 

Yes, you can add rush shipping. You can select this option at checkout. Please note that purchasing rush shipping does not ensure your shipment is processed that day. We still adhere to our allotted production times.

Yes, 14k solid gold can be worn in water and won't tarnish. Acidic and abrasive products should be avoided.
